SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship worldwide and rates are calculated during checkout.

We strive to get your order out the next day but please allow 2-3 days for processing during busy seasons (orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day). 

U.S shipping: Rates vary depending on your location and package weight and can take 2-7 days in transit depending on your location. 

International shipping: Can take between 8-14 days intransit using our standard method. We do offer expedited shipping via UPS which offers you much faster options. International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for items/packages held at customs etc.

If your package is missing, (i.e. tracking says delivered but it is not there) please contact the carrier and file a claim, then please notify us with your claim information. We will do our best to accommodate you and your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Live Free Ride Free will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from livefreeridefree.co based on the following requirements. All returns or exchanges must contain the original labels and/or tags and items must not be worn or washed. Live Free Ride Free will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the original purchase.

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a separate order online for the desired item. 
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and may take up to 5 business days from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

 Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Please submit any cancellation via email to raha@bigdusty.com
  • Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
  • Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
